St Peter’s Golf Society 15th Anniversary Invitational 2008
Sponsored by TRANT

St. Peter’s Golf Society stalwart Jack A’Court was the popular winner of the Trant sponsored
15th Anniversary Invitational held at Les Mielles Golf & Country Club on Saturday 5th July.

The society were honoured to have His Excellency Lieutenant General Andrew Ridgway among the 124 entrants.

He and his wife, Valerie, were guests of honour at the successful presentation evening, attended by 172 players, guests and sponsors held at the Pomme d’Or Hotel that evening.

Carl Ecobichon-Gray was Runner Up in the Men’s competition with Junior member Scott Welsh in 3rd Place, Sue Langdon was the Ladies Winner with Sue Evans in 2nd Place and Ricky Muddyman was the Overall Scratch Winner.
The infamous “Bottom Award” for the lowest score by a society member was won convincingly by Dave De Gruchy.

Once again the society supported Jersey Hospice throughout the day, and in the process were delighted to raise £2,500.00.
